VALorization of Mediterranean small-scale FARMs by cropping wild UnExploited species
A workshop will takeplace at the experimental farm of the University of Thessaly in Velestino, Volos on December 9, 2021. This workshops aims to familiarize the students and the personnel of the University of Thessaly with the objectives and the impact of Valuefarm. Before the workshop starts, questionnaires will be hand over to the participants to collect information about their awareness of the wild edible species and their uses in human diet, the commercial cultivation of wild edible species and the adherence to the Mediterranean diet.
